I have been in the customer service line of business for more than 5 years now. I have been a chat support, email, and data entry support representative mainly under my company employers serving clients overseas. During these times too, I have had experience being a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for my email and chat support teams for an online shopping website. I have experience in data support, data mining, scraping, organizing, email management, and all admin tasks when I was a Virtual Assistant for a CEO based in the US. My last work experience was with Ocean Home Health, for the Rehab Department, doing intake, and processing orders for mobility equipment for patients in the US and some hospitals.
