All user Conduct

Posting a Profile and Listings for a Job
(a) To post a profile and listings on the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines.
(b) Your profile and listings must be truthful and accurate, and you must provide your correct contact information, including your phone number and address. and You agree to disclose the contactable phone number you provide to the Service to users who have paid for a paid membership to the Service. and You must not provide any information or means, such as other phone numbers or e-mail addresses or link address, that can contact you in a space other than the phone number field that is only open to paid membership members that we provide. If you violate this, we may terminate your membership and delete all of your posts.
(c) Your profile and listings may not include any offensive, defamatory, or misleading content, and it may not infringe on the rights of any third party.
(d) By submitting your credentials to us to receive your identity verification service, you are deemed to have submitted them and agreed to the identity verification process. And you also agree that we may comply with any official request for your credentials by Philippine government or the police for any unsavory matter.
(e) By posting a profile and listings, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
Viewing Profiles and Listings for a Job
(a) General users of the Services may view all the contents of a helper’s profile and listings, except for the helper’s phone number.
(b) General users may view the phone numbers of helpers by paying for a paid membership plan.
Disclaimer of Warranties
(a) We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Services, and we neither endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by anyone other than an authorized representative of our company.
(b) We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.
Prohibition of Data Theft or Unauthorized Use
Users of the Pinoyhelper platform operated by Ongines Inc. are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of data theft, unauthorized data access, or data misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
Unauthorized Access: Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data, information, databases, or systems belonging to Ongines Inc. or other users of the Pinoyhelper platform.

Data Scraping: Automated data scraping or crawling of the Pinoyhelper platform’s content, including job listings, user profiles, or any other data, for the purpose of creating a competing service, resale, redistribution, or any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Reverse Engineering: Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Pinoyhelper platform.
Data Manipulation: Users shall not alter, modify, manipulate, or interfere with the data or information displayed on the Pinoyhelper platform, including job listings, user profiles, or any other content.
Unauthorized Use: Users shall not use the data obtained from the Pinoyhelper platform for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, fraud, or any other malicious activities.
