Hi, I’m Joana Paladin or Joan for short. In my past work I was a HR Data Entry I can mange all the files of the employees. I can also be a costumer service because I have a long patients that I think it is very important to be a costumer representative. I can communicate to other people that is ineed of my service. I’m understandable I always make sure to understand the side of the costumer first so that I can do my job efficiently. I’m also a team player.
