Dynamic Team Leader with hands on experience. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles. I have 3 years of experience working in administrative functions, 2 years in end-to-end recruitment in both BPO and government entity, and most recently, I completed a successful tenure of two years and six months as an Operations Team Leader. In this role, I was responsible for monitoring and supervising a team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. Currently I am working remotely for an Australian based company as a Market Research Survey Scripter where my function involves around doing and coding script for company surveys.
