Team player and Pro-active

Good day sir / ma’am, so im Jezfred T. Caderao, 27 years old.

I graduated from STI GENSAN, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Im not literally focused on academic performance when im in school, but i choose to enhance my skills in sports.

For the past 3 years, I’ve been working as a virtual assistant. Being a virtual assistant is an independent contractor who provides administrative services to the clients while operation to the outside of the clients office. And last year I’ve been working as a appraisal and leasing in the EADIS Realty Services. That in this field we appraise property and land evaluations in the processs of developing an opinion of value for real property and after, we contract financial arrangement by which one conveys real state, equipment, or facilities for a specified term and for a specified rent in which person, company , etc. Pays to use land, a vehicle, etc. For a particular period of time.

Moving forward,i hope to expand my experience across different industries. Particularly here in you company which is why im interested to apply.
