Hi,

I am Rommel Ducay, an undergraduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. I’m 42 yrs old living almost 25 years in San Isidro Makati City. Still, my career starts to boom in community work which leads me to do expertise in administrative work such as providing administration support to different teams and departments depending on the nature of daily operations. Most often, these tasks relate to supporting an office and include phone, email, and calendar management, internal communications, preparing reports, maintaining office equipment and office supplies, and some human resources functions. General office management such as office stocks/supplies inventory, inquiry, pre-ordering, and purchasing. Banking transactions such as cash and check depositing and withdrawals, and company bills payment. Serve as an authorized representative to any government agencies and offices.

Also have an experience in creating and handling online accounts such as Lazada, Shopee, FB Market, Carousel, and other online selling platforms which facilitate the entire process from daily monitoring of the account, marketing, taking up to preparing orders to dispatch and coordinating to courier for accurate and fastest successful transactions.

Currently, I’m doing part time job in Polland Hopia for their bazaar/events selling pre pared filipino/Chinese food buffet set up @ world trade center and smx since first week of March 2023. Leading the team members to call, assist, entertain customer in taking and prepare their food. Also assist in the manual collection of the ordered food. If needed specially in lunch time, assist the team in the kitchen to prepare( no cutting all ingredients are prepared) their best selling fresh lumpia, kuchay- ah (Chinese empanada), siomai and kikiam rice, siopao, cuapao, sandwich sausage, kuchay dumpling, assorted balls, wanton soup with noodles.
