Current Position : IT Officer.
Specialization : IT/ Computer – Hardware and Software (Mac and PC), Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, CPanel Host, Kaspersky End Point Security 10, PFSense Firewall, File Server, Print Server/Network or Bonjour Printers and Scanner, VMWare, Windows Remote Desktop, Workstations Network(Routers, Switches, Access Point), LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV Security Cameras, and Biometrics.
Role : IT Officer.
 Technical Support for in all computer workstations using Remote Desktop, phone calls and on spot Tech. Support in main office.
 Technical Support and Updates of POS PC in all store outlet.
 Maintaining best connection for both Internet, LAN and Wi-Fi.
 Managing Biometrics for all employees.
 Communicating vendor or suppliers of computer hardware, software, peripherals, accessories and ISP in case for support, upgrades and warranty issues.
 Back-Up using windows back-up for all work stations and servers in main office.
 Managing CCTV Cameras
