I keep on growing as I perform my duties and responsibilities.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I started off my career in 2016 as an English and Filipino teacher of grades 4 to 6 and a class adviser of grade 4 at Dei Gracia Academy, Inc. up until March 2020. I redirected my path when Covid-19 happen and tried other fields, however those experiences led me back to my first love and my passion—teaching. In July of last year, I continued my teaching journey at Elim Christian Academy, Inc. as an English teacher of grades 5, 6, 7, 11, and 12 and a subject teacher of grade 11.

In these roles, I am responsible for more than 20 learners in an inclusion classroom, which has allowed me to refine my skills in managing extreme behavioral issues while maintaining a focused and balanced class. In addition to this, I make sure that the lessons I prepare are engaging and creating impact or adding values to the lives of my learners. I also prepare my learners for challenging yet fun lessons and activities by having them collaborate in groups or doing tasks individually. Moreover, I regularly communicate with parents about the areas where their children show progress and need improvement.
