Good day, my name is Julius Ceasar Francia Andaya. I am a bachelor of Secondary Education graduate major in Social studies and awarded as Best in Demonstration Teaching, and Best in Group Thesis. During my years as a private school teacher, I’ve been awarded as Teacher of the Year by Quipper Philippines for promoting and integration of their new Learning Modality System in our school. I also teach and guide students in research making and some of them became the Best Thesis/Research Papers. I have an experience tutoring both pupils and students with different kinds of behaviors and needs.
