I’ve been in different industries for more than 20 years now. I started my first job as Dining Crew in a Fast Food chain, wherein I started learning about Customer Service, I was recognized as a Best in Customer Relation during my employment. Then I also worked in a Microfinancing Industry, which I learned the importance of keeping your people in tact in terms of their performance. I also started my Sales Experience in Insurance during this time. I also worked in a BPO Industry from different companies and supported different international accounts. Handled several customer complaints and some administrative tasks, such as, recording, updating and making follow up call with the customers.

I am a detailed oriented individual, as I wanted to not missed out any details that will make my work rejected. I am competitive and extra miler. I can work at a very minimal supervision and can be trusted. I also highly value time, and I am punctual for my deadlines, not wanting any single reports to be left out.

Due to my experiences, I have acquired different skills, which made me more competent and made me more productive in my work, such us, being an Event Organizer, Hosting, Organizing, Article Writing/Writing, Administrative Skills and Leadership Skills.
