Almost 4 years of experience as cashier and merchandiser. It is my responsibility to maintain accurate inventories as well as to organize, classify,and update store records. I am well-versed in several proprietary computer software systems and can quickly learn new ones.

Working in customer service taught me how to handle customer inquiries, policy changes, conflict resolution quickly, and empathic behavior, which has allowed me to maximize customer satisfaction and thrive in this challenging position.
