Over the past few years, I have accumulated extensive experience in various roles within the agricultural industry. In my current role as Administrative Staff at the Agricultural Training Institute-RTC XII, I have been an integral part of the Binhing Pag-asa Program, collaborating with youth in North Cotabato province. My responsibilities have encompassed both administrative and technical aspects, including financial management and training facilitation. Additionally, I serve as the Executive Secretary to the Center Director, and I’ve been entrusted as the alternate focal for the Document Control Center, responsible for handling incoming and outgoing office documents.
During my tenure as a Community Development Assistant at the Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office XII, I was involved in monitoring key projects, assisting in the IPlan Activities, and contributing to the creation of a VCA Tilapia Region-wide for PRDP-RXII. My participation in crafting and assessing these initiatives has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of project management within the agricultural sector.
As an INTERN in the Mentoring and Attracting Youth in Agribusiness (MAYA) program, I had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience at various research stations and enterprises, learning about different production processes. My ability to adapt to diverse environments and eagerness to learn has enhanced my understanding of the agricultural ecosystem.
Furthermore, my role as a Production Data Analyst at Alsons Aquaculture Corporation equipped me with data analysis skills, where I developed formats for effective data monitoring and reporting. My responsibilities included monitoring farms’ growth, ABW, and tons harvested, and reconciling these metrics with supervisors and finance departments.
