I am Keenberlie Delatado but you can call me keen for short. I work in a travel agency before for 5 years and while working there I learned a lot specially in using a system called SABRE and SABRE360, it is a system that most of the airlines and hotels used in booking their client. I also learn how to be patient by waiting for our client to decide on what they want as for my experience most of the inquiry is just like a bidding because the client will choose which is lowest but good deal. I also like giving suggestions to oue client specially when they tell how much budget do they have for those particular trips. I also let my client feel that ai am always available to help or to attend on what assistance they need before and during their trip, also I make sure that at the end of their trip I will asked them for a feedback of oir services.
