Team-Oriented Call Center Specialist | Pinoy Helper

My previous work was in a call center, I handled Claims, by assisting customers with existing bookings for a trip on a cruise line. Following up on the status of their claims, whether they are eligible or not depending on the reason if they had to cancel their trip due to health reasons or not. For this type of work we are supported w/PC’s, headset, and other equipment provided by our company ensuring that we are able to execute and perform our tasks. At the end of the day we ensure that all of our subscribers are assisted with their concerns all of their queries are resolved.
