My recent role as a QA Associate Supervisor at Lazada Philippines from 2014 to 2020 tasks includes but is not limited to regular monitoring, reviewing, and evaluation of the productivity and performance of the Operations Department involving all Team Leaders, SMEs and Customer Service Representatives in five (5) of its Operations LOB (Inbound and Outbound Calls, Email, Chat and helpdesk) and as a QA Officer from 2012 to 2014 in PIASI in supporting QA compliance for Visa processing for various embassies here in Manila such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany and Emirates. The process includes document screening, sorting, data encoding, post-visa lodgments inquiries, and embassy correspondence. This has prepared me to take the next step and be part of your team.
I am a jack of all trades, with a can-do attitude. You can hire me for long-term or short-term projects or tasks related to customer service, client and business services (e.g. Driver, Personal Assistant, Admin Assistant, Operations Assistant, Consultant to name a few). I work well in a team as well as handling a team as I have been in a previous role as an operations manager, assistant manager and support level position since March 2005, with experience in handling BPO/Call Center and eCommerce day-to-day operations, and managing Customer Service Representatives, supervisors, QA specialist, Trainers and other support teams for the last 9 years in BPO-call centre and Shared Services industry.
