I’m Rachel Anne Cansico, and I’m really excited about the opportunity to work as a virtual assistant. I previously spent a year working as a sales representative, almost a year as a cold caller for real estate, and a year as a customer service representative for a financial account.

Answering any client questions regarding their bank accounts, assisting with utilizing the app or website, and assisting with troubleshooting if they run into issues with our mobile bank are all part of our inbound call center’s duties. I am familiar with a variety of CRMs, tools, and programs, including Zillow, Hubstaff, Calltools, Noble Systems, and Ytel.

I am very keen on details. I am also skilled with MS Office, Google Workspace, handling cold calling, and I have basic knowledge with programming c++, python, java and html, networking, and input data into databases. I work well under pressure, am highly adaptable, and require little supervision.

I can begin right away and am ready for an interview at any time. I have a wifi connection and a laptop.
