Installing windows in PC and Laptop using smart deploy in cloud based network.
Answering inbound calls from users and clients amd provide solution to issues concerning hardware or software and log the call using servicenow software.
Reimage PC and laptop for the newly hired users and provide assistance for the onboarding process. Checking the status of users or clients profiles using Azure AD, Absolute and Airwatch before enrolling.
Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) 
Local network support and/or assists centralized Network team 
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like biometric, CCTV, printers and scanners 
Assists Asset Management Team in inventory of IT assets 
Performs deployment and movement of IT assets

I'm available FULL TIME.

Hardware support to Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients. First level support to Printers, Scanners and Multi-Function Devices.
Installations, Movement, Transfer, surrender of Desktops/Laptops/ Thin Client, Printers, Scanners, MFP’s and mobile devices like iPads etc.
