Duties and Responsibilities as Cargo Surveyor:

 Inspects consignments of assigned commodities to certify that consignments conform to contract specification.
 Performs visual cleanliness inspections of tanks including entering confined spaces.
 Monitors and documents bulk movements and commercial exchanges of products between storage facilities and vessels.
 Completes required inspection reports and forms clearly and promptly. This involves the calculation and reconciliation of gathered data, the recording of all pertinent data, and the preparation of vessel and terminal documents as required by the client.
 Work safely in the presence of hazardous materials as defined in the appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
 Conducting bunkering survey on the foreign vessel on case to case basis.
 Conduct initial draft and final draft survey of local and foreign vessels at Masinloc Power Partners Co., Ltd.,
 Assisting our lead man on the yearly inventory of stockpiles, tank silos (stockpile survey/volumetric survey).
 Supervise the sampling collection, sampling preparation and sealing of samples as per ASTM required standard.

Duties and Responsibilities as Shift Supervisor:

-Direct, initiate and report preventive and corrective actions on all thermal oxidizer system and autoclave system in a timely and correct manner.
-Respond record and report to all equipment corrective request from Operations Department.
-Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor for all equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance schedule.
-Analyze and correct any abnormalities that have occurred in the system.
-Utilize his/her expertise for the improvement/enhancement of the system.
-Ensure and oversee cleanliness and good housekeeping in all equipment.
-Ensures that all consumables are within the minimum-maximum level.
-Evaluate and approve equipment trouble report, materials/spare parts requisition.
-Ensure that all system and equipment in good working condition.
