I’m April Jane L. Guyong with almost 9yrs experience in BPO Industry. I’ve been a Trainer and Quality Assurance Analyst for 3yrs before I handled 25 agents a an Operations Team Leader. Aside from my experience and expertise, I am a person with a vision to help and inspire other with my sense of purpose.
