During high school, I worked as a library staff, where I learned the importance of attention to detail and organization. In college, I focused on product research, honing my analytical skills and gaining insights into user preferences. I then transitioned to a healthcare call center role, where I had the opportunity to communicate effectively with doctors and nurses, refining my interpersonal skills.
