Dear Sir / Madam, I am an Information Communication Technology and information management professional with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, over 12 years of practical experience in Afghanistan, and certifications from CISCO and UN Programmes (attached). With several years of extensive experience in ICT and network administration, IT troubleshooting, PABX, I bring a detail-oriented and analytical approach that underpins my professional effectiveness. I seek roles in ICT, Information Management, data analysis, and related positions where I can apply my technical skills and field experience to strengthen data systems, support digital transformation, and improve programme decision-making. My core strengths include Information Technology, information management and data quality— cleaning, validating and consolidating multi-source datasets (Excel, Access, KoBo/ODK), maintaining data lineage and completeness trackers, and ensuring confidentiality and ethical handling; data visualization and reporting—developing user-friendly dashboards and summaries using Excel and Power BI, and scheduling automated refreshes and access controls.
