I’m Benedict Leandro C. Hinoguin,

My peers call me Ben.

So, I’ve in the telecommunications industry for the past 10 years. Before working a formal job in this industry, i had a side gigs on computer assembly, software installation and computer networking which gave me the experience and urge to deep dive in the world of ICT.
I started my formal work as a Customer Support Representative and climbed up as a Technical Support Supervisor in just 3 Years.
I think that my spirit to take responsibility and accomplish my goals drive me to achieve it.
Right now, I’m working as a tier 2 Customer Service Representative on another local Telco here in Manila.

To give you a short summary of our day to day task and skills used on my current job.
I take inbound calls, email and chat queries from our clients about their internet products. We hear and assist them, conduct basic to advanced troubleshooting and follow-through until their complaint has been solved.

It may be repetitive but it give me so much joy and pride when my customer is happy.
