I am Kathleen Joy M. Cayapas, a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education, major in General Curriculum, Cum Laude. As a graduate of Negros Oriental State University- Bayawan Sta. Catalina Campus, I’m prepared to use the skills and knowledge I acquired. I believe that my ability to communicate effectively, adapt lesson plans based on individual learning styles would be very beneficial to a classroom environment. Throughout my academic studies and during the internship I completed at Villareal Elementary School, I’ve demonstrated my capabilities in these areas by:

• Maintaining a GPA of 1.5 and above (a grade of 90-and above)
• Preparing lesson plans in Math, Aral Pan, Science, English subjects during my internship.
• Teaching English and Science classes to grade 4 pupils
• Successfully gained outstanding grade in my final demonstration.

As you can tell, I’m a dedicated and passionate about teaching who cares for my learners.
