I am Divine Cerilo, graduated in a four-year course, Hospitality Management in University of Saint Louis-Tuguegarao.
As a hardworking individual with a strong sense of cleanliness, orderliness, and attention to detail, I am confident that I can contribute to your team and uphold the quality and hospitality standards
your hotel is known for. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management,
during which I underwent on-the-job training at Crown Regency Beach Resort in Boracay. Part of
my training focused on the Housekeeping Department, where I gained practical experience in room preparation, sanitation procedures, and guest room maintenance. This experience taught me not only the technical skills needed but also the importance of teamwork, discipline, and guest satisfaction.
I am eager to apply what I’ve learned and grow further in the hospitality industry. I am willing to
undergo training and take on tasks with dedication, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
