Based on the specific list of your requirements for this position, the following are the qualifications that I believe make me a good candidate:

• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

• Respond to customer complaints in a positive way and keep the customers satisfied.

•Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.

• Ensure that rooms are regularly cleaned according to the hotel procedures.

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning machinery)

• Be familiar with all services / features and local attractions / activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

I am aware that a Housekeeping Attendant job is a demanding one, but I am accustomed to performing the necessary tasks with a positive attitude. I am comfortable in the housekeeping environment and always look for opportunities to streamline processes and inject a little fun into the workplace.
