I have great verbal and written communication skills which allow me to clearly articulate concerns and to write good checklists and reports. With a clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and security of all guests I work with a high-level of integrity and honesty as I complete my duties. Finally my good interpersonal skills allow me to work well with coworkers on the Housekeeping team.
Based on the specific list of your requirements for this position, the following are the qualifications that I believe make me a good candidate:
• Performing a range of cleaning tasks including changing of bedsheets, hoovering, dusting, mopping and cleaning washroom facilities
• Replacing tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries and other clients supplies
• Checking furnishings and reporting any damage or other problems to the head housekeeper
• Collecting laundry and dry cleaning for guests and sorting or counting linen and towels for collection by the laundry company
• Be familiar with all services / features and local attractions / activities to respond to clients inquiries accurately.
