I am currently working as a Service Support Officer at Metrics Calls Services in Mandaue City, Cebu Philippines. In this position I am responsible for handling calls and emails. Over the past 3 years, I have gained ample experience in the field of Customer Support.
I would describe myself as someone who is Career-Oriented. Combined with my experience, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization.
