Hello, my name is Caesar Ian Adan. 24 years old. Currently living in Prk. 2 Rosal St. Mintal Davao City. My highest educational attainment is College level undergrad. I am the eldest among my siblings. I have experience in customer service representative for total of 10months and i have experience in chat support for total of 8months. My strenghts are Empathy and Patience because Understanding customer frustrations and providing helpful solutions is very important and also my weaknesses are Impatient and Slow adaptation in new tools. I can say why I am impatient because some customer are frustrating, though they are frusrating we still need to understand them and in slow adaptation there are some tools hard to understand especially it is new to me but practice makes us better.
