I graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management where I actively participated in professional seminars to continuously expand my industry knowledge. Following my studies, I spent two and a half years working as a Line Cook / Chef de Partie. This experience sharpened my time management, high-pressure organization, and attention to detail.

Outside of my professional cooking experience, I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing structured environments and operations.
