BSIT Graduate Filipino IT Support Specialist | Junior Technical Staff – Pinoy Helper

I am a BS in Information Technology graduate and I am writing to express my interest in applying for an IT-related position, particularly in technical support.
I gained an experience in providing technical assistance, hardware and software troubleshooting from my internship and academic training. Aside from that, I also previously worked as an IT instructor where I taught and assisted in IT concepts through lectures and laboratory activities.
In addition, I am knowledgeable in programming, database concepts, and standard troubleshooting procedures. I am eager to learn new tools and technologies and to grow and improve in a professional IT environment.
