Beyond my corporate leadership roles, I have extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational development consulting, having worked with various organizations such as Mein Interior Concepts, King’s Care Laundry, 16 Degrees Airconditioning and Trading Corporation, Genergex Petroleum Corporation, and the Municipality of Boljoon. My expertise spans operational systems audits, supply chain management, vendor relations, maritime crewing, HR, and culture-building—particularly demonstrated in my tenure with Villa Shipping Lines Inc.
Additionally, I have served as an HR and Organizational Development Consultant at Pagadian City Medical Center, where I led initiatives in corporate planning, quality management, and HR restructuring.
I am an advocate of transparency, accountability, and proactive reform implementation while fostering a collaborative, consensus-driven leadership approach.
