Handling incoming and outgoing call, emails and correspondence
Maintaining organized filling system, both electronics and physical and managing database, ordering office supplies
Maintaining office equipment and providing general administrative assistance
Making travel arrangement for staff including booking flights and transportation
Assisting with event planning , including coordinating logistics and catering
Assisting with bookkeeping , managing expenses and preparing reports

Account officer and Marketing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients both existing and new ,is crucial
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of loan applications , repayments and other financial transactions
Regularly reviewing client accounts for accuracy , potential issues and compliance with loan terms
Addressing client inquiries , concerns and any issues related to their accounts
Offering guidance and recommendations on loan products and services to meet client needs
Assessing the creditworthiness of potentials borrowers and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintaining accurate and complete documentation for all loan applications and approvals
handling documentation and procedures related to loan disbursement and repayment
Promoting loan products and services to potential clients , Identifying opportunities to offer additional financial products and services to existing clients.

Office Staff/ Data Encoder
Accurately inputting data into the relevant system , whether it’s a database , spreadsheet or other electronics format.
Comparing entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
Maintaining and updating records , including adding new data and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Organizing and managing files and database to ensure they are accessible and well-maintained.
Identifying and reporting any major errors or inconsistencies to supervisors.
Ensuring date quality by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistences within the data.
Compiling , sorting and processing information
Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality
