I am a graduate of Management Accounting. I had an experience as a Office staff doing inventory, costing, administrative tasks, travel to schools gathering documents needed to apply abroad employment of our clients. I had an experience as Customer Service Representative doing administrative tasks, ensuring customer’s orders are correct and proper aligned to the way they ordered it, active listening to fast customer’s orders, transcribing Chineses characters to English for better understanding, follow-ups customer’s delayed orders, troubleshooting of possible ways to make customer’s not to get upset about mixed/messy transactions and circumstances, had to have a long patience to endure irate customers and indecisive customers.
